Indian wheat is wholemeal wheat flour that originated from India. Making Atta from grains is a long process which is done in atta mills. This flour is basically used to make flat breads such as roti, chapati, parantha, puri. Chakki Atta is high in protein and gluten content which provides elasticity to easily make out dough from it and that can be rolled into thin sheets which are known as flat breads. Indian atta is the most finely milled wheat flour.
